Our Electronic Monitoring system is used to monitor service users, remotely and unobtrusively. This will enable us to view service user’s movements throughout the day and night in their home. What is an Electronic Monitoring System?
The technology consists of 4 sensors which will be positioned in the home, in the rooms that the service user visits most often during the day and night. This may include bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and sitting room. Also included are 2 door sensors that will be positioned on the front and back door leading into and out of the home. The system also includes a hub box and visitor card(s).

The system will monitor movement within the home and provide detailed data of the service users movements during the day and night. We can then provide family members and relatives with the information. This can be used to tailor future care needs.
How it will help?
Advanced Community Care will be able to provide 24/7 reassurance to friends and family that your relative is continuing with their daily routine in the home, as normal. If any concerns arise we will contact family members immediately or provide a care worker to address the problem.
Most importantly, it will enable your relative to remain living in the home environment that they wish to and help your relative feel secure.
