At Advanced Community Care we are a very forward thinking company, striving to be one of the most innovative domiciliary care companies and a leader in technology enabled solutions.
We currently feel that traditional hands on domiciliary care needs to be complemented with technology, in order to better meet, support and respond to service users needs, in the community. The integration of technology will enable us to provide better, more detailed and accurate information on service user’s patterns of daily living and routine, therefore enabling a full encompassing care package to be tailored and personalised to individual need.
At present we have a KTP (Knowledge Transfer Partnership) Associate working with us on this very innovative project over the next 2 years, with leading academics at Ulster University and Belfast Met supporting the project. The final outcome of the project is to implement a new, innovative method of domiciliary care delivery, underpinned by a technology system(s), as we feel currently that traditional hands on care needs is not sustainable in its current delivery method and form.
Within the project a localised research study will be completed and published in conjunction with Ulster University.
